• Private primary flood offering for residential risks
• NFIP equivalent and higher limits available
• Quoting available in CBRA zones
• 7-day waiting period (can be waived)
• Instant quotes available for up to $3M TIV (up to $5M can be referred to an underwriter)

Homeowners Highlights

Access to Homeowners quotes from Amwins Access Alpha, Munich Re, & Vave. For accounts that don't fit, you can send the submission directly to one of our Amwins Underwriters. 

What's Offered:

• Homeowners (DP&HO) & Condo (HO6)
• Primary, Secondary, Tenant and Short-term rentals
• Wind and x-wind available
• Instant quotes available for up to $3.6M TIV (higher limits can be referred to an underwriter)
• Available nationwide excluding AK, IL, KY, and NY
