As we have previously shared, State Fund recently increased their schedule rating eligibility threshold from $25,000 of standard premium to $50,000 of standard premium for policies effective December 1, 2024 and later.
It’s more important than ever to provide renewal updates to us 90 days prior to renewal and to ensure your submissions are as complete and accurate as possible to avoid post-bind changes.
In addition to the schedule rating threshold change, State Fund is taking a more in-depth approach to the way they underwrite certain types of policies such as roofing and sports teams. We’ll provide you with more details on this approach as we learn more in the coming weeks.
