State Fund Offers Extended Credit to Policyholders Affected by Recent Winter Storms and Flooding

Dear Agent,

Governor Newsom has declared a state of emergency in eight Southern California counties due to the recent winter storms resulting in flooding and mudslides. As a result, State Fund is offering a 30-day credit extension to policyholders who are experiencing business disruptions in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, San Diego, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties.

If you have clients who are unable to report their payroll figures or submit timely payments because of these storms and flooding, your client can request an extension by contacting State Fund’s customer support at (888) 782-8338. They will do everything they can to accommodate your customers’ needs.

If you have any questions, please contact Amwins’ Access, your official State Fund Access Partner, at 888.693.7892 option #2.

Thank you for your continued partnership!
