State Fund is offering a 30-day credit extension to policyholders who are experiencing business disruptions in Del Norte, Humboldt, and Mendocino Counties due to the 7.0 magnitude earthquake that occurred on Dec 5, 2024. Governor Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency as the earthquake in Northern California has threatened critical infrastructure.
If you have clients who are unable to report their payroll figures or submit timely payments because of this earthquake, your client can request an extension by contacting State Fund’s customer support at (888) 782-8338. They will do everything they can to accommodate your customers’ needs.
