State Fund will provide your State Fund policyholders with an updated copy of the Division of Workers’ Compensation Notice to Employees, which is required by law to be posted in a common area of their workplace or facility.
The Notice to Employees was revised because of the recently passed AB 1870 which adds language that an employee may consult with a licensed attorney in the case of a work-related injury.
Please encourage your clients to print and replace their current posted Notice with this revised version by January 1, 2025, to avoid any penalties.
