Governor Newsom has declared a state of emergency in San Diego and Ventura counties due to the recent winter storms and flooding. As a result, State Fund is offering a 30-day credit extension to policyholders who are experiencing business disruptions in San Diego and Ventura counties due to the winter storms and flooding.
If you have clients who are unable to report their payroll figures or submit timely payments because of these storms and flooding, your client can request an extension by contacting State Fund or you can contact Amwins Access. State Fund will do everything they can to accommodate your customers’ needs.
