As of October 12, 2026, State Fund’s Roofing Supplemental was integrated into the new business application process within the broker portal. Going forward, the Access State Fund Team will now input the supplemental information you submit with your application. To avoid delays, it is critical that the Roofing Supplemental be completed in full and signed by both the insured and the retail agent before submission.
For risks with governing class codes 5552 or 5553, the roofing questions will be required to submit the application to State Fund. This enhancement will help streamline the submission process and ensure State Fund receives the necessary roofing information upfront.
For renewals, we will continue with the current process, but State Fund is planning improvements soon. You can still find the Roofing Supplemental form on Amwins’ Access State Fund site or by visiting www.StateFundCA.com.
Please note that if roofing exposure is identified during our review, we may request a completed Roofing Supplemental so the required roofing questions can be submitted through the broker portal.
