Reminder: Digital HO Commission Changes Effective 10/1/25

We’re updating the commission structure for Digital Homeowners (Homes/Dwellings and Condos) business written through Amwins Access Alpha, Munich Re (Great Lakes), and Vave.

Key timing details:

• New Business: Updated commissions apply to any new policy bound on or after 10/1/25 (Note: This is based on the bind date, not the effective date).
• Renewals: The new commission applies based on when the renewal offer is processed.
  • If your renewal offer is processed and sent before 10/1, the old commission applies.
  • If it’s processed and sent on or after 10/1, the new commission applies.

Updated Commission Rates by Region:

• 15% commission – SC (Condo only), CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, RI, VT
• 10% commission – All wind products in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties
• 12% commission – All other states and counties, not listed above
