Based on their Estimated Annual Premium (EAP), your clients will likely be eligible for several billing plans tailored to their EAP level. Please note State Fund will automatically assign the plan highlighted in bold for your clients’ EAP category when you receive their renewal quote. If another eligible plan better meets their needs, they may have the option to select it.
Renewal quotes may be available as early as 60 days prior to the effective date, depending on the type of business, providing time to review and confirm coverage prior to the renewal date.
State Fund will reach out to your clients via email two weeks prior to the release of their renewal quote to remind them that they will likely have billing plan options, including the table above. They will also ask them to update their information, so the most accurate quote is provided.
